Who wants some GF, PROTEIN vegan pancakes?💙☀️🌈 . FIT Max LOVE blender pancakes (SUGAR-FREE, gluten-free, vegan) - 1/2 cup buckwheat flour - 1/2 cup oatmeal - 1 ripe banana - 100 ml milk (I use almond milk) - 40 ml sparkling water - 2 teaspoons baking powder - 1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional) - 1 teaspoon of coconut oil - 1 tablespoon of peanut butter . Put everything into the blender and mix it not too long.) Leave the mass to rest for 10 minutes (small air bubbles should appear). The mass is very dense and remains on the spoon. What to eat for Healthy Brunch? Happy Sunday😀😀😀 how about some GF, vegan and super delicious WAFFLES (no sugar)? ❤️❤️❤️ crunchy from the outside and fluffy inside yaaas💗💗💗 have a lovely day beautiful💗💗🤩 💫 ✅ Quick Oatmeal waffles ▶️ 1 cup oat flour ▶️ 1 ripe masched banana ▶️ 2/3 cup milk (choice of choice: here - almond) ▶️ 1 teaspoon baking powder ▶️ 1 teaspoon coconut oil Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the remaining ingredients. I like to mix everything in a blender. Wait a 2-3 minutes for dough to set. Put the dough into the hot waffle iron, bake for a few minutes until browning.
