Who wants some GF, PROTEIN vegan pancakes?馃挋☀️馃寛 . FIT Max LOVE blender pancakes (SUGAR-FREE, gluten-free, vegan) - 1/2 cup buckwheat flour - 1/2 cup oatmeal - 1 ripe banana - 100 ml milk (I use almond milk) - 40 ml sparkling water - 2 teaspoons baking powder - 1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional) - 1 teaspoon of coconut oil - 1 tablespoon of peanut butter . Put everything into the blender and mix it not too long.) Leave the mass to rest for 10 minutes (small air bubbles should appear). The mass is very dense and remains on the spoon. I like to mix everything in a blender. Wait a 2-3 minutes for dough to set. Put the dough into the hot waffle iron, bake for a few minutes until browning. Happy Wednesday❤️❤️❤️ (馃嚨馃嚤⤵️) life is beautiful with FIT Rawnola SALTED CARMEL (no sugar)❤️❤️❤️ I was supposed to make my standard granola, but the children planned my time differently馃槀馃槀馃槀 the was no time for baking馃槀馃槀馃槀I am sending positive energy馃槏 馃挮 ✅ Fit Rawnola SALTED CARMEL (NO SUGAR) (large portion) ▶️ 2 quick oat flakes ▶️ 1 cup Salted Caramel (no sugar)* ▶️ 1 cup almonds (chopped) ▶️ 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional) ▶️ 1 spoon of coconut oil ▶️ 2 spoons lucuma cocoa nibs @purella_superfoods ❤️ ▶️ a little water . * Soak 1 cup of dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
